The Web staff is having a big meeting today with top editors to discuss changes that need to be done. I have personally offered to help out our bloggers because of my experience. I've discussed with our top editors how our bloggers are not given enough guidance. I told them what guidance they need and how we could give it to them. Our bloggers need to be treated more seriously. But I have a lot more work to work on here. I'm also heading up a redesign of our site. And I should be giving new media training to our print staffers in the coming months. I’m doing what I can to see that change occurs at my paper.
